    Yes! We use materials that withstand Florida’s heat, humidity, heavy rain, and occasional hurricanes. Proper sealing also helps prevent mold and mildew growth.


  • How long does the installation process take?


    Most residential projects are completed within 2–5 days depending on size, complexity, and weather conditions.


  • What is the cost of installing pavers?

  • Is there a warranty on your work?


    We offer a 1 year Installation warranty for any damage which is directly due to installation. We also only use products with manufacturer warranties. We stand behind the durability of our installations.


  • How do I maintain my pavers?


    We strongly recommend signing up for our hardscape maintenance program which will include sealing pavers every 1-2 years and pressure washing as needed and monthly/quarterly maintenance depending on the program you choose.


  • Are your installers licensed and insured?


    Yes! We are fully licensed and insured in the state of Florida to give you peace of mind on every project.


  • Will pavers sink or shift over time?


    Proper installation with a solid base and edge restraints prevents shifting or sinking. We also compact the base and sand joints to ensure long-term stability.


  • Can you install pavers over my existing concrete?


    Yes, in many cases we can install pavers over concrete (example concrete patios) as long as it's structurally sound. This saves time and cost on demolition. This is not recommended for Driveways or where any vehicles will be driving on.


  • How long do pavers last?


    When properly installed and maintained, pavers can last 30+ years. They're also easier to repair than poured concrete or asphalt.

    Walking is usually safe after 24 hours. For driveways, we recommend waiting 48–72 hours after installation.
