Frequently Asked Questions

  • What types of pavers do you install?

We specialize in concrete, brick, travertine, and natural stone pavers for driveways, patios, walkways, and pool decks.

  • Are your pavers suitable for Florida’s weather?

Yes! We use materials that withstand Florida’s heat, humidity, heavy rain, and occasional hurricanes. Proper sealing also helps prevent mold and mildew growth.

  • How long does the installation process take?

Most residential projects are completed within 2–5 days depending on size, complexity, and weather conditions.

  • What is the cost of installing pavers?

Costs vary depending on material, square footage, and site conditions. We offer free estimates and upfront, competitive pricing.

  • Is there a warranty on your work?

We offer a 1 year Installation warranty for any damage which is directly due to installation. We also only use products with manufacturer warranties. We stand behind the durability of our installations.

  • How do I maintain my pavers?

We strongly recommend signing up for our hardscape maintenance program which will include sealing pavers every 1-2 years and pressure washing as needed and monthly/quarterly maintenance depending on the program you choose.

  • Are your installers licensed and insured?

Yes! We are fully licensed and insured in the state of Florida to give you peace of mind on every project.

  • Will pavers sink or shift over time?

Proper installation with a solid base and edge restraints prevents shifting or sinking. We also compact the base and sand joints to ensure long-term stability.

  • Can you install pavers over my existing concrete?

Yes, in many cases we can install pavers over concrete (example concrete patios) as long as it's structurally sound. This saves time and cost on demolition. This is not recommended for Driveways or where any vehicles will be driving on.

  • How long do pavers last?

When properly installed and maintained, pavers can last 30+ years. They're also easier to repair than poured concrete or asphalt.

  • What areas of Florida do you service?

We proudly serve Central Florida, Orlando, Tampa Bay, etc.]. Contact us to confirm if we cover your location.

  • Do I need to be home during the installation?

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the site and clear communication with you, our team can complete the work while you’re away.

  • How soon can I walk or drive on new pavers?

Walking is usually safe after 24 hours. For driveways, we recommend waiting 48–72 hours after installation.

  • Why choose Legacy Pavers, LLC?

We combine top-tier craftsmanship, premium materials, and outstanding customer service with every project. Your satisfaction is our legacy!

  • What happens if a paver gets cracked or stained?

One of the biggest benefits of pavers is that they’re easily replaceable. If a paver gets damaged or stained, we can remove and replace it without disturbing the rest of the surface.

  • Do pavers add value to my home?

Yes! Professionally installed pavers enhance curb appeal and often increase your property’s value—especially in Florida, where outdoor living is a major selling point.

  • Can I install pavers myself?

While DIY is possible, professional installation ensures proper grading, drainage, and long-term durability. At Legacy Pavers, LLC, we ensure every detail is handled correctly from start to finish.

  • Do you offer commercial paver services?

Yes! We work with property managers, developers, and HOAs on commercial paver installations for walkways, parking areas, common spaces, and more.

  • What if it rains during installation?

Florida weather can be unpredictable. If rain occurs, we’ll pause work to protect your materials and reschedule as needed—without compromising quality or safety.

  • Can pavers help with erosion or uneven ground?

Definitely. We can grade your yard and install retaining walls, pavers, or permeable surfaces to help manage slope, runoff, and soil erosion.
